But when Josh Holloway forgot a line in an audition and later kicked a chair and swore loudly in frustration, the writers liked the edge Sawyer gave the character and decided to write Sawyer as a more Southern, darker driver. Jin and Sun are married and share the surname Kwon, which becomes an important plot point in the final season.

It’s amazing how well the series has aged. Seeing all of this again made some of the storylines make a lot more sense. I even think the ending makes a lot more sense now.
